Biography

Phoebe may have been born on 29 Sep 1762 in Liverpool NS, the daughter of James and Rhoda (French) Tucker. She may have had three sisters, all born at Canso NS: Dorcas (b. 15 Nov. 1764, m. 20 Nov 1793 in Liverpool, Thomas Matthew Millard, s. of and Anne. Died 15 Apr 1846), Mary (b. 19 May 1766, m. 22 Mar 1786 to Joseph Foster, s. of Edward and Mary. Drowned 10 June, 1790), and Margaret (b. 24 Aug 1767, m. 3 Oct. 1785 to Ralph Clint).[1][2]

Phoebe married Milton Foster on 13 May 1784 and passed away about 1834. [3]
