William Guise Tucker, son of William Tucker and his wife, Sarah Humphris was born on 29 January 1850[1] at Cheltenham in Gloucestershire.
He married Elizabeth Hume Dent in 1874. The marriage was registered at Portsea Island. [2]
In 1901 William and Elizabeth were living at the Royal Marine Barracks at Eastney. [3]
William died by his own hand on the 6th of December 1906 on the railway track at Wymering Arch near Cosham in Hampshire, England. [4] His death was registered in Fareham. [5] He left an estate valued at £1424 2s 8d and probate was granted to his widow, Elizabeth, just 3 days after his death. [6]
