Biography

George was born about 1731. He is the son of James Tuffin and Ruth Hiscock. ^[1]

George married, as his first wife, Mary Lylley, in 1755. ^[2][3]

They had at least four daughters. Mary died in 1767. ^[4]

He married Mary Herder in 1768. He was noted to be a widower at the time.^[5]

George died in 1804. ^[6]
