Biography
Karin Weir Tulloch was born in 1914 to Henry Weir Tulloch and Elvira Maria (Skoglund) Tulloch.
She married Frank Charles Neville Wigan on 17 April 1941 at the St Johns Church in Toorak, Victoria.[1]
She died on 29 May 2002 and was buried at Brighton General Cemetery in Caulfield South, Victoria, Australia.

- St Johns Church, Toorak was yesterday the scene of the wedding of Karin Weir Tulloch, youngest daughter of Mrs. E M Tulloch, Quamby ave., South Yarra and of the late Mr. Harry Tulloch to Frank Charles Neville Wigan only son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wigan. A charming frock of ice-blue wool dechine was worn by the bride who was given away by her cousin Mr. Dudley Tulloch. Rev Dr. Law officated at the church After the ceremony the bride's mother entertained a few close friends at the Oriental Hotel.
