Biography

Silas Tupper was born 9 Aug 1727. He lived in Sandwich, Massachusetts before coming to Barnard, and married Hannah Freeman of Sandwich, on 2 Jun 1757. The couple had seven children.[1]

He was known as "Schoolmaster Tupper."[1]

Silias passed away 28 Mar 1801 and is buried in the Barnard village cemetery.[1]
