The 1871 census lists a "Martha Turk" as a child of Harry and Thurza Turk [2]
No birth, death or any other records exist between the 1861 and 1871 censuses for Martha Turk. However, there is a GRO record for "Arthur Turk" b.1870. One therefore has to hypothesise that this is a transcription error on the census. This profile was originally set up as Martha Turk, but name has been edited to Arthur, sex to male, and birth date to 1870.
Arthur died as a child in May 1872, aged 2. He was buried on 20 May 1872. [3]
