Biography

Walter was born in 1865 in Elmley, Kent to George and Sarah Turk.^[1][2]

He married at Sittingbourne on 14 Apr 1894: Walter Henry Turk was 28, bachelor, brickfield labourer, 44 Shortlands Rd, son of George Thomas Turk, engine driver; Emily Annie Kemp was 26, spinster, 73 Shortlands Rd, daughter of John Kemp, harness maker; signed by both; witnessed by John G Moore & Agnes Emma Kemp.^[3]

He passed away in Sittingbourne on 30 Jul 1942.^[4][5]
