Anthony Turk was baptized on 18 August 1751 in the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, New York, recorded as the child of Abraham Turk and Catharina Slegt. Witnesses were Anthony Slegt and Neeltjen Bogaart.[1]
Anthony Turk married Rachel Van Aaken (aka Van Auken or Van Aken) on 20 November 1771 at the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, New York.[3][4][5]
He may have died before 27 February 1791, when Rachel Van Aken is said to have married Boudewine Terpening.[6] No source or marriage location is given for this marriage. Record of this marriage has not been found (the marriage may have been at New Hurley, Kline Esopus, or another church lacking online records). Evidence is needed that this is the same Rachel Van Aken and not a younger woman marrying a younger Boudewine Terpening.

I also notice that the AUTO-BIO edit to Turk-615 had the effect of deleting the previous biography on that profile, which said "He m. Rachel Van Aken."
