Martha Elizabeth Turman was born 21 Jan 1861 to Emmanuel N Turman and Margaret Sue Jones in Smith County, Texas.[1][2]
1870 Census: Martha, age 9, residing in the household of her parents, Eml and Margaret Truman in Smith County, Texas.[2]
1875: Martha marries John McMillan in Smith County, Texas.[3][4]
21 Apr 1976: A daughter, Emma Dora, is born to Martha and John.[5][6]
c. 1877 : Martha's husband John McMillan dies.[7]
1 Nov 1877: Martha marries R. B. Blackman in Smith County, Texas.[3][8]
29 Aug 1878: A daughter, Caledonia, is born to Martha and Robert Blackman.[9][10]
21 Oct 1879: Martha marries Aurelius Franklin Cone in Smith County, Texas.[11]
1880 Census: Martha, age 19, is living in the household of her husband, Aurelias Cone, in rural Smith County, Texas.[6]
18 Mar 1894: Martha's third husband, Auerlius Cone dies.[12]
1900 Census: Martha, now 39, is widowed and living in Smith County, Texas with her children Willie T. (15), Leon R. (12), and Mary E. (8) Cone.[13]
21Nov1904: Martha marries Ulysses C. Hargrove. [14]
2 Dec 1939: Martha, a widow, passes in Tyler, Texas at the age of 78.[15]
