Maria Camilla Turnbull was born at Calcutta in 1813, the daughter of Montagu Henry Turnbull, Esq., and Eliza Ann Colvin.^[1]

Miss Turnbull died at Reigate, Surrey, on the 17th January 1882, aged sixty-eight years.^[2][3][4]
