Biography
Ted Turnbull was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
Ted was born in 1882. He is the son of Henry Turnbull and Margaret Caterson. [1]
He married Elsie Wheeler in Windsor in 1918.[2]
Their children are:

Two girls and a boy had a narrow escape when fire destroyed a house at Bulga last night occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Ted Turnbull. Their father and mother were away at Martindale, and Daphne (11), Elaine (13) and Arthur (17), retired early. Arthur awoke to find the wall at his side ablaze, and awakened his sisters. The three escaped but practically nothing was saved. Daphne had her hair singed.[3]
Ted died in 1962[4] and his ashes are placed in Newcastle Memorial Park. [5]
