In 1860[1], he lived with his mother Elizabeth and his siblings in Montgomery County. In 1870[2], they still live in Georgia.
He married Georgia. In 1880, they lived in Montgomery County[3].
In 1900, he was a widower and lived in Long Pond, Montgomery County with his children Cleveland, Dora, and Frankie[4]. In 1910, he was still in Long Pond with his sons Colquitt and Cleveland[5]. By 120, he had moved to Toombs County, Georgia to live with his son Colquitt and his family[6]. In 1930, he was still with Colquitt and his family in Cedar Crossing, Toombs County[7].
He is mentioned on the death record of his daughter Dora Edwards[8].
