Biography
When Pheobe Turner was born in April 1864 in Braintree, Essex, her father, Richard, was 27 and her mother, Mary, was 31. She married Henry Sturmer on July 13, 1886. She had three children by the time she was 28. She died as a young mother in January 1893 at the age of 28.
