Phoebe was born in 1813. Phoebe was widowed about 1866. She was living with Andrew Godfrey in 1870. In 1880 she received $80 compensation for land damages from the Shenandoah Valley Railroad from Luray to Rockingham line. She passed away in 1898.

I, Phoebe Stoneberger, of Page County, VA, make my last will and testament - I will and bequeath to my grandchild Lulu Bell Vine of Page County all my land lying below or on the west side of the Shenandoah Valley Railroad including my mansion house situated in said county of Page lying on Little Line Run adjoining Harrison Housden and others. 26 November 1889.
