Joseph Crossman 3rd, b. 1718 in Easton. After the death of his 1st wife in c. 1755, he remarried to:
Margaret Turner, daughter of William and Eleanor (Whitman) Turner,[2] on 26 Feb. 1756 in Bridgewater.[3] She was a twin, born on 12 June 1722 in Bridgewater.[4]
Joseph had 2 children by Margaret Turner:
  • Daniel Crossman, born on 2 May 1757 in Easton, married Alice Brett, of Bridgewater, possibly daughter of John and Alice (Cady) Brett, on 4 June 1778 in Easton. She was a twin, a granddaughter of Elihu and Susanna (Edson) (Hayward) Brett Jr.
  • Sarah Crossman, born on 18 May 1760 in Easton, possibly the Sarah Crossman who married Thomas Robbins, of Boston, on 27 Nov. 1788 in Easton.
