Probate

His will is dated 6 May 1735 in Scituate with a codicil dated 13 February 1735/36 and proved on 16 April 1736 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Elizabeth, and his children, Israel, Grace Clapp (written in margins), Anna Woods, Elizabeth Turner, Philip, and Nathaniel. His inventory was taken on 23 April 1736 in Scituate.[2]
