Phoebe was born on 07 Dec 1716 in Suffolk County, New York. She married Josiah Raynor, probably in 1734.[1]
Phoebe Raynor died in 1797 and was buried in the Huntington Rural Cemetery at Huntington, Suffolk County, New York. [2]
