(6 Oct 1953). ACCIDENT REPORT. Elderly Women Badly Hurt At Cottesloe. Two elderly women-and a man were seriously injured last night when a motor cycle knocked down two women in Stirling highway, Cottesloe. The women are Harriett Cann (88), widow, of Irvine-street, Cottesloe, and Frances Emily Crawford (60), widow, of the same address. A St. John ambulance rushed the unconscious women to the Fremantle Hospital where they were admitted immediately to a ward. Both women have possible fractured skulls and Mrs. Cann also has a compound fractured right leg and a lacerated right hand.

DEATH REPORT. Second Victim Dies. The second victim of a motorcycle accident in Stirling-highway, Cottesloe on October 6, died in the Fremantle hospital on Saturday morning. She is Harriett Cann (88), widow, of Irvine-street, Cottesloe. She and another woman were knocked down by the motorcycle. The other woman died several days after the accident.

ALL claims or demands against the estate of the abovenamed deceased must be sent in writing to the Executor, The West Australian Trustee, Executor and Agency Company Limited, of 135 St. George's Terrace, Perth, on or before the 31st day of May, 1954, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which it shall then have had notice.
