On 2 April 1911 at Sunmead, Leatherhead, Surrey, with his wife Elizabeth Turner, his niece Elizabeth Harriet Ponton aged 28, his niece's husband Herbert Ponton aged 34 and three servants Violet Susan Whitbourn aged 17, Mary Ethel Whitbourn aged 17 and Kate Peacock aged 30.
