Nancy P. Turner was the oldest daughter of Jesse M. Turner and Sarah Jane Peavy. She and her two sisters were placed under the guardianship of their Half-brother Abner Turner, after their father, Jesse Turner's death. In the annual return filed by Abner Turner in Rockdale County, the final settlement of the Estate of Nancy P Turner appears in 1879, and shows payment for nursing care for Nancy from 18 Jan 1879 trough 30 July 1879. It is inferred from this information that she died in July 1879. She is not mentioned nor does her name appear in annual guardianship returns filed in years after 1879.
