William Turner was born in Tennessee in 1850s. He Married Jane Byers (Where?) (When ?). He Lived in Stoddard, Missouri in 1877 William and Jane had a Daughter Rose Etta Turner there, born Aug. 15th 1877, they moved to Gillsbluff,Butler, Misouri 1880 Census William Turner Died sometime before 1884. Cause Jane Byers Turner married a Thomas J. White in 1884 Stoddard, Missouri.
