Biography
Isaiah Turner was born about 1736 in Caroline County, Virginia. He was the son of James Turner and Mary Admire.

He married Frances Terry about 1750 in Bedford County, Virginia.
Death
Isaiah Turner died in 1803, age 66-67, in Patrick County, Virginia. He was interred in Francis Turner Jr. Cemetery, Patrick County, Virginia.[1]
