After paying debts, the estate distribution was set out to his children, George Turney, Rufus Turney, Julia Ann Turney, and Lewis Turney.[4]
In 1846, after the family did not see or hear from Robert's son George Turney for 15 years, the Fairfield probate court distributed his estate to his siblings, Rufus Turney, Julia A. Turney, and Lewis Turney.[5]
