His will is dated 25 November 1740 and witnesses gave an oath on 7 May 1741 in Fairfield, and it was proved on 3 June 1741. His inventory was taken on 15 June 1741.[1]
The distribution of his estate is dated 9 March 1742 and recorded at Fairfield.[2]
