Samuel was born on 11 May 1928 in Texas. He was the son of Frank Hawley Turrentine and Mary Helen Hutton. [1]
In 1930 Samuel (age about 1) was living in Neosho, Newton County, Missouri.
In 1992 Samuel (age about 63) was living in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, USA.
Samuel died at the age of 64 on 30 January 1993 in Colorado. [2] [3]
Samuel was buried on 1 March 1993 in Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado. [4]
