Biography

Juanita, daughter of James Franklin Tuttle and Annie B Hunt, was born 16 July 1906 in Seattle, King, Washington.

On 16 February 1941 in Everett, Snohomish, Washington, she became the second wife of Fay Carlton Fraser, son of William James Fraser and Laura Rachel Fish.

She died 21 April 1990 in Sacramento, California, USA and was buried at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, Sacramento County, California, USA. ^[1]
