Simon Tuttle was born December 19, 1733 in Littleton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Simon Tuttle and Abigail Chase Tuttle.[1] [2] [3] ]
He was married in Littleton on January 1, 1756 to Rebecca Holden, daughter of John Holden and Mary Wheeler Holden.[1]
Simon served during the Revolutionary War in 1776 as Lieutenant in Captain Israel Heald's company, Colonel Eleazer Brooks' regiment, Massachusetts troops.[4]
Simon died April 21, 1814, in Acton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He is buried In Woodlawn Cemetery, Acton Center. He was 80 years old.[5] [2] [3]
