Biography
James Tweedie was born about 1826. He was born in New Brunswick, his parents having just immigrated from Ireland. He was the son of Joseph Tweedie and (Unknown).
James was a Methodist clergyman. At the time of his brother Joseph's death in 1892, James was living in Port Hood, Inverness, Nova Scotia.
James passed away at Louisburg, Cape Breton, in 1898.
