Frank was born in Missouri in 1870. He is the son of Lyddall Twyman and Frances Fristoe. In 1880, the family was living in Fort Osage, Jackson County, Missouri.[1] He was incorrectly listed as a female on the census.
He married Addie Twyman on June 15, 1893. They were living in Fort Osage, Jackson County, Missouri, at the time of the census in 1900.[2] By 1930, they had moved to Blue in Jackson County, Missouri.[3]
Frank passed away in 1955 in Missouri. Burial was in the Six Mile Church Cemetery in Sibley, Jackson County, Missouri.[4]
