Biography
Pallon W. Tye was born circa 1838 in Kentucky, a son of Henry Howell Tye and Sarah Elizabeth "Sallie" Mayes. About 1859, in Kentucky, Pallon married Susan Francis Duncan Pallon and Susan became the parents of as many as fourteen children. [1] Pallon and Susan are found on the United States Census of 1880, living in Laurel, Kentucky, with eight children living in the household. His 80 year old mother is living in the home with him, too. [2]
