Biography

John Tyler was born in Aldermaston in the year 1772, his baptism records show he was baptised on 6 December 1772 in Aldermaston, the baptism records also state his parents were Jasper and Ann. Various records including the one for the birth of their children indicate that he had a partner called Elizabeth Knight but there doesn’t appear to be a marriage record available for them (if I find one at a later date I will update notes) John died in Aldermaston on 25 December 1848 and was buried on 30 December 1848
