Agnes married first Samuel Heaton. She had two children, Samuel Heaton and Sarah Heaton.
She married second Peter Benedict on 23 June 1737 in Ridgefield, Connecticut.[1]
In 1750, Samuel Heton, being of lawful age made the choice of his father-in-law, Peter Benedict of Salem, Westchester, NY, as his guardian.[2]
On 23 January 1755, Samuel Heaton and Sarah Heaton signed a distribution receipt of their father's estate, Samuel Heaton.[3]
