Mary was born in Clark County, Indiana on 13 March 1858 the daughter of Harrison and Tarissa (Blackenbaker) Tyler.
She married Thomas Olmstead and they had three sons: Cloyd, Verne, and Ralph.
Mary died 14 March 1929 in Heber Springs and is buried there with her husband in the City Cemetery.[1]
