Research Notes

Robert has previously been shown on WikiTree as son of William Tyndale and Mary Mondeford. There is no evidence for this. He is not mentioned in

  • Whitmore's Notes on the Winthrop family[2]
  • the 1563 Visitation of Norfolk[3]
  • Genealogical Memoirs of the Extinct Family of Chester of Chicheley[4]
  • the works of Douglas Richardson[5][6]

These works show only a son called John.

As the bio says, there is no evidence that a Robert Tyndall was son of William, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tyndale-3 and Mary Mondeford, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mondeford-1, so I am detaching him and adding a research note.
