Research Notes
The Visitations of Essex of 1558 and 1612 and the Visitations of Yorkshire, have shown that Anne is the daughter of Robert FitzSimon and Katherine Manfield. Anne's sister is Jane/Joan FitzSimon who married Henry Wentworth.[1][2]
'The connection between the Wentworth family and the Tyrrell, Huntington families are shown in the will of Sir Nicholas Wentworth in 1551.
There were two secondary sources that had her father's name incorrect. [6][7][8]
