Dixie L Kerby, dau of William and Bessie Kerby, was born Oct 25 1933 in Caster, Wyoming. ^[1]

She married Richard S Wiggins on Nov 14 1951 in Cantaura, Venezuela. They had 2 children. ^[1] Richard died 1990.

They lived in many countries overseas including Venezuela, Columbia and Argentina. Returning to the states, they made their home in Texas, Louisiana and then in Alaska from 1969 until retirement in 1983. They settled in Yuba City,^[1]

Dixie died Sep 8 2015, age 81, in Lincoln, California. ^[1]
