William married Jane Jenkin in 1873 in the parish of St Teath, Cornwall where Jane was born and they were the parents of 1 daughter, Elizabeth Sarah Jenkin Uglow.[2]
He died at the age of 73 in 1914 the parish of St Teath, Cornwall.[3]
