Biography

William was born 1841 in Warbstow, Cornwall, England, the illegitimate son of Elizabeth Uglow.^[1]

He was the natural father of Charlie Bluett, the illegitimate son of Salome Bluett.

William married Jane Jenkin in 1873 in the parish of St Teath, Cornwall where Jane was born and they were the parents of 1 daughter, Elizabeth Sarah Jenkin Uglow.^[2]

He died at the age of 73 in 1914 the parish of St Teath, Cornwall.^[3]
