Mary Ann was born in Stoke Damerel in 1839 [1], her mother's maiden name was Harris. .
Research Notes
She and her husband, a member of the Coastguard, were stationed at the Coast Guard Station in Crosby, Lancashire in 1881. In 1901 they were in St Julian in Shropshire where he was an Inspector of Telegraph Messengers. (Note left by originator of this profile)
In 1911, she was living in Devonport, aged 72 with her husband, aged 64, having been married 42 years[2]
