Biography
Johan Ullman was born on November 14, 1857 in Gustav Adolf parish in Värmland, Sweden.
He emigrated in the spring of 1880, and his parents and siblings followed in October, 1880.
He married Ida Maria Bäckman ca 1882. They lived in Worcester in Worcester County, Massachusetts. They had nine children: Arthur b. 1883, Carl Ernest b. 1886, Ernest E (1887-1905), Hilda C (1889-1890), Carl John b. 1891, Harry b. 1894, Esther J b. 1897, girl (1898-1898) and David O b. 1899.
