Biography

Desire was born in 1815. He was the son of Auguste Ulmet and Florentine Grancon. He immigrated with his wife and five children, arriving in New Orleans on 25 Nov 1859 via the ship Guttenberg departing Gothenburg, Sweden. He passed away in 1878.
