Arthur Tobias 'Tobe' Umbarger was born in 1874 in Sevier, Tennessee to Alexander and Barbara Repass Umbarger.
He married Susan E Clabaugh, the daughter of William and Elizabeth J Clabaugh on 27 May 1894 in Jefferson, Tennessee.[1]
