Biography

Lilian was born in 1890. She is the daughter of William Umstead and Lillian Umstead.

Lillian Umstead married unknown Thomas in 1919.[1]

In 1920 Lillian was living with her husband Harry W. Thomas in Prospect Park, Delaware, Pennsylvania.[2]

A luncheon was held in Chester, Pennsylvania in 1935 in honor of Mrs. Harlow D. Phillips of Rochester, N.Y. Mrs. Phillips was formerly Mrs Lillian Thomas of Prospect Park Region No 4 composed of Prospect Park, Ridley Park, Norwood Morton Rutledge and Tinlcum township.[3]

Her husband was a mechanical engineer and draftsman. They lived in 1930 in suburban Rochester, N.Y. "Philips Harlow D (Lillian M) draftsman house 47 Legran rd (Roch)" [4]

She was a church organist in 1930.[5]

A luncheon was held in Chester, Pennsylvania in 1935 in honor of Mrs. Harlow D. Phillips of Rochester, N.Y. Mrs. Phillips was formerly Mrs Lillian Thomas of Prospect Park Region No 4 composed of Prospect Park, Ridley Park, Norwood Morton Rutledge and Tinlcum township.[6]

Lillian M. Fisher gave $10 to the Rochester Community Chest in 1937.[7] This is apparently a different person, as Lillian M. Phillips was still married to Harlow D. Phillips in 1940.[8]

Mrs. Harlow Phillips was the accompanist at a Woman's Day event at Grace Methodist Church Sunday 16 Apr 1961 in Rochester, N. Y.[9]

I'm sorry that I messed up with the merge. I know it's annoying to get the merge request again. What I see is that Lillian was born about 1893. Her first husband was Harry W. Thomas and her second husband was Harlow Phillips. I see no evidence that she married a Fisher. Sorry. Let's try this again.

Phillips-1 and Umstead-108 appear to represent the same person because: The correct LNAB is Umstead. She was married first to a Thomas and second to a Phillips
Phillips-1 and Umstead-108 are not ready to be merged because: I am not sure whether she is the person who died with the surname Fisher or whether she had a sister who did.
Phillips-1 and Umstead-108 appear to represent the same person because: The proper last name at birth is Umstead. Phillips was the surname of her second husband.
Her private son should be removed from this mother. She could not have borne children in the 1890s when she was under ten years old.
