Biography
Alpheus Underhill married, 1808, Sylvia Brayton, born 1785, died 1866. She was the daughter of Thomas Brayton 11 Mar 1742 East Greenwich, Kent, R.I. –MAR 1810 in Fort Ann, NY. Married: (2) Jane White in 1772. She was born about 1750 and died 2 Jan 1832, buried in Fort Ann, NY. They were the parents of Sweet Brayton, Eunice, Mary, Sarah, Hannah, Sylvia, William B, Rebecca Jane and Pierce Brayton.
