Might Elizabeth Sarah Underwood be the daughter or niece of Samuel Underwood? See Underwood-2.
DNA matchs suggest that other possible parents are Charles Underwood (1775) and Charity Demerrit (d/o Moses Demerrit?)
Married William Alexander Hall 14 June 1828. ELIZABETH UNDERWOOD DID NOT MARRY WM. BEMNJAMIN HAL
The Bahamas Civil Registration suggests that William Hall was born in 1802 and died at age 63 of fever (in a fever epidemic which occurred 1865) followed 6 days later by Elizabeth Hall whose age was listed as 59 years old and birth abt 1810. Although the record does not include William's middle name, nor Elizabeth's, the Current Settlement had such a small population (50 households?) that it seems probable that these records are theirs. The death of Elira Hall, their daughter who was referred to in a will as "afflicted" was recorded 3 months later
NB. Eleanor Hall, age 60 b abt 1805, Henry Hall, age 33 b abt 1832, and Joseph Wesley Hall, age 18, b abt 1847 appear in the same record. Were they Alexander's kin?
Elizabeth Underwood Hall passed away about 1828.
