Biography

Mary Magdalena (Unknown) Sebastian was born about 1738 in Germany.

Mary married Andreas Bostian (~1730 - 1784) in Red Hill, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Their children were:

  1. Andrew Bostian Jr (~1753 - 1837)
  2. Jacob Bostian Sr (1757 - 1847)
  3. Anna Catharine Bastian (1759 - 1824)
  4. Johann Philip Bastian (1760 - 1837)
  5. David Bostian (1761 - ~1832)
  6. Penelope (Bostian) Freeze (~1764 - ~1850)
  7. Michael Bostian Sr (~1772 - 1850).

Mary died before 1784 in Rowan, North Carolina aged ~46.

Research Notes

Lehigh County history states: "He and his wife, Magdalena, had children, Catharine, born 1759: Philip, born 1760, and David, born 1761.".[1] Her FamilySearch profile also only contains source links to those three.[2]

The children born in North Carolina instead of Pennsylvania, are not mentioned there and therefor remain unsourced for the moment.

I agree that the birth date and location do not seem possible as the family would have still been in Pennsylvania, but the FS tree that I found places him (with unknown birth date) as a member of Andrew And Magdalena's family. See https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LCDS-8Z8

That tree doesn't state any sources as parents. I've found this nice private website about the family, which has another version of Andrew's family tree at the site. It shows some more source statements that can be analyzed and put into this profile.
