Mary Thompson was born about 1762 in Granville County, Province of North Carolina, daughter of Jennings Thompson (1728–1791) and Mary Elizabeth Phillips (~1738–~1775).
Mary died about 1827 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States, aged about 64.[1]
