Biography

Mary Bostin is believed to have been born about 1745 in North Carolina. She married Thomas Parker i Rowan County, North Carolina on 9 July 1767. Their Bondsman was James Jones. Witness: John Frohock [1]

In 1780 Thomas, Mary and family were living in Rowan County, North Carolina. [2]

In 1790 Thomas, Mary and family were living in Rowan, North Carolina. [3]

In 1800, Thomas and family were living in Salisbury, Rowan, North Carolina. [4]

On 25 Oct 1786 Thomas was issued land grant #1312 for 100 acres along the waters of Bear Creek in Rowan, North Carolina, Book 67 page 93 on 3 October 1778.[5]

Mary passed away before 11 Jan 1812 when Thomas wrote his will. Thomas passed away in 1812. His will, dated 11 Jan 1812 was probated in Rowan, North Carolina. Those named in his will include his nine children:
