Biography

Nancy Lurana Cavaness, 1860-1936, was the daughter of Jonathan Henry Cavaness and Elizabeth Penelope Green. In 1860, the Cavaness family lived in Spring Hill Township, Drew, Arkansas. Nancy Cavaness married Edward E. Giles on 26 December 1880 in Drew, Arkansas. They had six children. Edward died in 1900. In 1905 she married Ephraim Homer Garrett in Alabama. Nancy and Ephraim both died in 1936. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

Nancy Lurana (Cavaness) Garrett died in 1936. She is buried with her second husband, Ephraim Homer Garrett at Lakeside Cemetery, Stamps, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Jonathan Henry Cavaness and Elizabeth P.Green. Her son with her first husband is linked to her FindAGrave page. ^[4]
