See image I obtained from Ancestry website. I previously had a copy obtained from Cornwall Record Office. I Elizabeth Gordge, widow, 30 July 1719 of the Parish of Whitechurch Canonicorum, Dorset.
- The following were left one shilling:
- Elizabeth Munson , daughter
- Mary Guppy daughter
- Grandchild Digory Gordge
- Grandchild Ralph Gordge got 10 shillings.
- Son Samuel Gordge was left the rest.
- Signed on 27 Aug 1719[2]
- NB son Digory, father of grandchildren Digory and Ralph had died before Elizabeth. Surviving son Ralph inherited the farm. But see son Digory's Will
Note
- Again we have the apparent discrepancy between the year the Will was made and the year of burial in the Parish Register
