Biography

Unknown (Unknown) Stiles is a part of US Black heritage.

This person is a slave owned by Benjamin H Stiles (1783-1852). She appears on the 1840 Census. She appears there with two children, who I will assume are hers, though that is not known. On the next census in 1850, she no longer appears with the Stiles family, however, the young female remains.

On the 1840 Census of Cherokee County, North Carolina page 238 we have a Benjamin Stiles.
